on the basis of the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated on September 14th, 2004 (Govern. Regulations and Laws Gazette no. 207, pos. 2108) regarding tenders and negotiations

INVITES TO THE ORAL UNLIMITED TENDER

Its aim being: sale of the real estate together with buildings with the total area of 2,8560 ha marked by the evidential numbers: 2321/3, 2321/4, 2321/5, 2321/6, 2321/7, 2321/8, 2318, 2317/4 covered by the Mortgage Register no. KW nr GW1G/00073699/2 in the District Court in Gorzów Wlkp.

Taking part in the tender is conditioned by paying the deposit.

The amount, the form, the term of the deposit payment as well as the circumstances of its forfeit are defined within the "Specification of the tender". The specification can be found here.

Offers should include all the elements mentioned in the "Specification of the tender".

The tender will take place on Monday, March 12, 2012 at 10:00 am in the Marshal Office of the Lubuskie Voivodeship, room No. 8, ul. Podgórna 7, 65-057 Zielona Góra.

In the United Arab Emirates are interested in the province of Lubuskie

November 16, 2010, in Lubuskie Investor Assistance Centre operating in Regional Development Agency held a meeting with the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Organizing Committee, "the Annual Meeting of Investment" - Mr. Dawood Al Shezawi.

The Meeting was also attended by representatives of Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone.

Meeting in Zielona Góra, was made possible by contacting the Lubuskie Investor Assistance Centre with representatives from Dubai at Real Estate Fair in Munich.

At the begining Mr. Dawood Al Shezawi thanked for the invitation to Poland: - "My government in the Arab Emirates is delighted that we can exchange business experience. The purpose of my visit is to develop a platform for networking Polish and United Arab Emirates. I think both countries can benefit from this experience" - he said. During the visit, was making an invitation to participate in the "Annual Meeting of Investment" (AIM 2011) scheduled from 10 to 12 May 2011 in Dubai

Meetings in Dubai

Ministry of Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates surrounded patronage the first edition "Annual Meeting of Investment" (AIM 2011) scheduled from 10 to 12 May 2011 at Dubai International Exhibition and Congress Centre. AIM 2011 is the first project of its kind to be held in the Middle East.

It is a visionary approach, which aims to facilitate a broader range of interactions between the two forces, a key factors in the global economy - potential investors and decision makers of existing and emerging markets. Long term aim AIM 2011 is to accelerate the global economic recovery by creating confidence of shareholders and providing more dynamic flow of funds between investors and potential investment opportunities.

AIM 2011 will host representatives from various industry segments and key economic sectors, together with policy makers in emerging markets. To ensure the optimum level of interaction, the AIM 2011 enables a high degree of interaction and formal and informal meetings. Apart from plenary sessions, workshops, a "how-to-invest", seminars, etc. AIM 2011 will host various government agencies around the world.

Mr. Dawood Al Shezawi during a visit in Zielona Gora, also held talks with board member of Lubuskie Voivodship Mr. Tomasz Hałas and Maciej Nowicki - Director of the Department of Regional Development and Spatial Planning and Danuta Wesołowska-Wujaszek Deputy Director of the Department of Economy and Infrastructure.

Lubuskie IAC has also organized visits in companies: Mazel in Nowa Sól and LUG in Zielona Góra.

Lubuskie Investor Assistance Centre - Certified Partner of Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency

On 4 November at the Centre for Training and Press of Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency in Warsaw, ran the ceremonial Certificates Regional Investor Asistance Centres.

Over the last six months of 2010 PAIiIZ conducted the certification process, which was intended to verify the preparation of the Regional Partners to acquire and service foreign investors.

As a result, 14 of the Regional Investor Assistance Centres have received a positive assessment of the Certification Committee and was awarded the title Certified Partners PAIiIZ and the ability to use the logo Invest in Poland with the name of province.

Seminarium training "Realising the potential of investment and social in Communes of Lubuskie Voivodship" - Zielona Góra 28.10.2010

October 28, 2010 at the Museum of Lubuskie Land in Zielona Góra was held a training seminar "Realising the potential of investment and social in Communes of Lubuskie Voivodship".

The seminar was organized by Lubuskie Investor Assistance Centre, in cooperation with the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency.

At the seminar, speakers were PAIiIZ experts and a representative of Kostrzyn Special Economic Zone, Mr Andrzej Kail.

The training was a great opportunity to invite representatives of Local Government Unit from Lubuskie Voivodship. They could familarize with aspects of diplomatic protocol, effective methods of building a regional brand and how in the optimal way prepare a visit of professional investor.

Witnica - Winner! Completion of the fourth edition the National Competition "The Land worth a medal " 2010

Completed a fourth edition of the National Contest "The Land worth a medal" 2010, conducted by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency in cooperation with voivodship marshals.

The contest offers land for future investment has been enriched by another, well-prepared locations.

The competition began with 158 communities across the Polish, which sent in 242 deals. Most bids came from the provinces: Silesia, Pomerania, Opole and Łódź. For the second stage of qualifying was 88 sites, of which 16 winners were selected.

For the winners of victory means the promotion of land and a better chance of attracting foreign investment to the community. Finalists can expect more interest in reporting to investors PAIiIZ or its regional partners - Investor Assistance Centres.

Investor Assistance Centre on Fair in Klagenfurt

On 11-14.09.2010r. Lubuskie representatives Investor Assistance Centre attended at the invitation of the Polish Embassy in Vienna in the autumn exhibition of the Land of Carinthia. Markets are pan-industry and are, largely, a form of offering a comprehensive presentation of the economic and tourism. At the stand of the Department of promotional and informational Trade and Investment Promotion of the Polish Embassy in Vienna, promoted tourism and investment deals Polish, including the Lubuskie Province. Markets are also addressed to companies interested in cooperation with the Austrian market and trade.

Investor Assistance Centre conducted numerous discussions with companies by encouraging investment in Lubuskie as well as making contact with entrepreneurs from LubuskieVoivodsip.

The stand was visited by Honorary Consul based in Carinthia in Klagenfurt.

In 2010 Department of promotional and informational Trade and Investment Promotion of the Polish Embassy in Vienna again will be exhibiting a range of Polish.

Investor Assistance Centre of Lubuskie on REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FAIR EXPO REAL in Munich 2010

On 4-6 October Ms. Hanna Nowicka - President of the Regional Development Agency and the staff of the Lubuskie Investor Assistance Centre Ms. Marzena Kubiak and Mr. Daniel Chalecki participated in the International Trade Fair for Commercial Property and Investment EXPO REAL 2010 in Munich.

The fair presented a very large number of exhibitors whose activity is related to real estate, we could see an interesting stand presented the local government units, stand economic zones, developers, construction companies and consulting. Poland in terms of occupied area came in second place.
